Fun inside the Play Place...

It was hot...the boys were behaving like crazy chipmunks and the library wasn't open yet...so Brandon & I packed the little Peeps up and headed to our fave playplace...Mcdonalds...we have a fab one right down the road & the boys take it over..
Here...Brandon & Chloe discuss whats for lunch...{ yes, your eyes do not lie....we do have sofas in Mcdonalds...} Ethan hamming it up on the big slide..

Here comes Jacob...

Brandon & Ethan are intent upon winning Super Mario...hehe

The picture looks cute but Jacob was actually trying to push Brandon out of the chair so he could have the game all to himself...LOL

** due to jacobs food allergies, McDonalds is really more about the playground than the food. He can't have the French Fries....he enjoys the occasional cheeseburger but he can't eat the bun ( I take a slice of his rice bread along to act as bun ) They both usually just play, drink milk, and eat apple slices....hehe....that was McDonalds is a fun & healthy treat for them both **

It's a beautiful day for a picnic...

We decided that while it was only a balmy 94 degrees today, we should have a little picnic ....
As you can see, it was a big hit with everyone { mommy loved the easy clean up , LOL }...
Ethan was just SURE all the cucumbers & tomatoes were for him..

Brandon is literally counting the days until school gets out...


Jacob loves the idea of combining his 2 favorite activities...eating & being outside...hehe

The boys & their Choo Choo's

The boys are still having so much fun with their new Choo Choos....it's the first thing they run to in the morning .... they carry the little trains everywhere...I love watching them play together.....moments like this are why we had more than one...hehe Ethan is getting really good at putting to little tracks together...we need to get more for the little future engineer to work with ... hehe

Chloe is 7 months old...it is going by so very quickly..

Our beautiful baby Pooh is growing so quickly...learning new things everyday..We just can't believe that she is 7 months old already....7 months ago today....we met this perfect little Princess for the 1st time and she has captured our hearts ever since... Chloe is so special and we all love her so much...more & more everyday..

Chloe has the cutest dimples when she grins and laughs...which is really quite often...hehe

And, the Princess is learning to sit up with the help of the Bumbo chair { thank you G'ma Janet } She is STILL teething and most of the day she is sucking on her two fingers { just like her older brother Ethan did...}.... she loves to play and is always looking at the little tags on the toys...hmmm....she is just such a constant joy to everyone...

Pooh meets the Proctors...

Today was such a special day...not only did our little Pooh turn 7 months old...but Grandma & Grandpa Proctor finally got to meet the precious Princess....As you can see...they fell instantly in love with Chloe....Here is Chloe and G'ma Sarah... { she is admiring those tiny little fingers...} Pooh with G'pa Daniel... she had him at the first grin...hehe....
They both really enjoyed playing with the boys a bit as well. It had been over a year since they had seen the boys and G'ma and G'pa came bearing gifts {of course}.. the boys are both all gaga over Trains so there is a little building and some track and 4 new Thomas the Tank trains...{ hehe...thankyou Sarah & Daniel... it was like Christmas !}....

The boys were of course very hesitant at the beginning, but Sarah & Daniel just sat on the floor and started pulling trains out and little by little the boys warmed up and just got down to the buisness of PLAYING...it was so wonderful to see everyone having such a good time...
Thank you so much for the trains and the generous spirits you both have, Gma & Gpa Proctor...Brian & I both hope that today was the beginning...of something wonderful!!

Remember the baby birds??

On our little walk this afternoon, we were able to follow this little guy for a long time...the boys had so much fun watching Mr Squirrels every move .... I couldn't believe I was able to snap a pic....what a cute little guy!

Hehe, I had Chloe in her little Snugli carrier and snapped one real close up...she's so cute - at any angle...tehe

What a ride...

Well, the day has finally come....no more 3 point harness giant carseat for Ethan, he got the BIG BOY carseat today and he loved it ! He is actually really tired in this picture but he really did love the seat...he seems so much older to me all of the sudden!
This is the view into our minivan....Ethan sits directly behind Jacob and I couldn't get him in the pic....That little blue carseat is Chloes and it's covered with fabric flowers...I remember buying that carseat for Ethan!! OMG!! They are just getting big so fast...hehe... I have already picked out Chloe's next carseat ( when she turns 1 ) yes, it's PINK....LOL...

~ Happy Memorial Day 2009 ~

We hope you all had a wonderful and safe Memorial Day weekend. We had fun with the kids...just hung out outside and played...a little BBQ chicken for dinner and a new movie ... { we are very quiet by nature...LOL }...

We don't have a backyard, but the boys have a large back porch that we covered with indoor/outdoor carpet and we also have a HUGE sun canopy over {most} of it...after a little cleaning recently, the Porch was officially "opened" today and the boys couldn't be happier.... { I was remembering with Brandon all the time we spent out here, with the Sand box last summer when I was expecting Chloe...seems just like yesterday...}

My dear little Jacob, mowing the carpet for me....hehe...he has also been doing alot of vacuming lately...hehe...what a little helper!

The 2 boys play so well together... I love to see them run all over...here Ethan grabbed Jacob by the hand and had him follow him to the kitchen { there they ganged up on me for yogurt and applesauce...hehe {

Chloe discovers the grass under he feet

This afternoon as we were all playing outside with the boys, Pooh woke up from her nap and Brandon went in and got her....bringing her outside...As you can see, he decided to see what she thought of the grass...setting her dowm barefeet first...as you can see.. I think she LIKED it...hehe

I really think she looks like she might take off running any minute in this pic...hehe

You know she is just looking down at her feet and wondering what all that stuff is...

A beautiful May Day...

We finally got Brandon back yesterday afternoon and I couldn't be happier...hehe..that was a long 2 weeks! I can't wait for school to get out...so much more time wiht my big twerp...LOL

After running errands all morning...we came home and just got busy playing outside .. the boys had so much fun.... { seen below...Brandon & Ethan getting busy with the basketball....}

Our neighbors also have children about our boys ages and Jacob is enjoying learning how to tricycle on theirs... { I think we are going to have to get Ethan & Jacob their own... this was is so cool... it's that fab plastic and the seat is adjustable which I love....why didn't they have such great stuff when I was little? }

There he goes!! Jacob has so much fun outside... he loves everything...

Choo Choo's & Fish...

For months now Jacob {and Ethan} have been OBSESSED with Trains...everything, all the time Choo Choos..he is so cute when he says choo choo...it comes out saying "shoo shaw".....They have the old Thomas the tank movie ( with real people ) and Jacob wants it on all the time....and i mean all the time...it's a good thing I like that movie...LOL

{ it does not HAVE to be Thomas the Tank... they love ALL trains...this is just the only train movie we have...}

It started with the Dolphins that Brian brought home this past weekend...all the sudden the boys wanted "fsh"... so I put in Finding Nemo and that's a BIG hit... now, we have to alternate...Choo Choo's and Nemo... they are just really enjoying the "Fsh"... {that's how Jacob says it...almost as though there is no "i" }

Everyday fun around the house...

No, we really didn't vanish...LOL, I have just been busy chasing the Peeps and getting ready for summer... I am posting a few pics to day so you can all see what we have been up to.. we are on a 3 week break from Speech ( yea ) and so far, no Dr's at all this week.( wow!). I am counting the days until school gets out and Brandon is here ALL THE TIME... I love it!! We are all well, and hope things are good in your corner..♥
